This blog is dedicated to my daughter so that she may grow up to have a place to go to for her mother’s recipes.  I am going to do my best to pass on recipes from our mixed heritage (Filipino, Japanese, and American) so that my daughter will always remember her roots and her mother’s desire to pass on a legacy of tried and true recipes.

I am a wife and working mother to a precocious little girl.  I love food and enjoy reading about it.  I love it so much that I am employed by a major food company, married to a chef and have started my own food blog!
